- Carol is the Managing Director and has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment business.
- Her role ensures compliance, consistency and brand integrity, and fosters a highly motivated and efficient business that continues to grow.
- After hours Carol fronts the local band Black Sheep as lead singer and loves music.

Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Karen is our Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a wealth of experience in the recruitment space.
- She is responsible for temporary and permanent commercial placements as well as key account management.
- Karen enjoys photography, family and spending time at the beach, and she takes her coffee seriously … very seriously.

In 2015 Jeremy became a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser. Jeremy has helped individuals and families from all over the world with their temporary and resident visa matters, as well as assisting employers with Immigration New Zealand accreditation, recruitment, and visa assistance for their employees. With his extensive knowledge of the New Zealand immigration system, Jeremy can plan recruitment strategies that align with New Zealand immigration policy.
